How will I communicate with my VA?
Our aim is to make communication simple like in a real office, so we provide a number of options to suit all client needs. These include: email, VoIP phone, instant messaging, video-conferencing software (such as Google Meet or Zoom), and team productivity messaging apps such as Slack.
Do your virtual assistants speak English fluently?
Yes, all of our virtual assistants are native or near-native English speakers with a deep understanding of Western cultural nuances. This ensures effective communication and seamless collaboration with our clients.
Is it possible for my VA to work during my preferred hours/time zone?

Yes, the VA will have a capable laptop or desktop PC, a speedy internet connection, and if needed, VoIP access. However, do let us know if there is any special software that you need your VA to use, so we can set it up prior to your start date.
What if I'm not clicking with my VA?
